Tuesday night Thomas Dekker was spotted dining at LAVO inside The Palazzo. The actor, who was last seen in Fox TV’s Terminator: the Sarah Connor Chronicles and is in the upcoming film A Nightmare on Elm Street was joined by friends for dinner. Dekker sipped Prosecco while enjoying Penne a la Vodka, and helped a lone women dining nearby celebrate her 66th birthday by sending her a drink.

Nicole Richie is SO pretty. Nicole Richie is so cute. And the way she’s still flirting with Joel Madden after 2 years and 2 children is even cuter. Here they are last night courtside at the Laker game enjoying a date night off from their kids. Must be a relief. Of course knowing the cameras were on them obviously makes a difference. But by all accounts, there is a genuine bond between Nicole and Joel that extends beyond parenthood – right now they are solid, very happy, and there’s no Ebola influencing their lives. All good.


Big year ahead for Nicole. She continues to promote and expand her fashion line and she’s signed a television deal with ABC to star in and produce a half hour comedy. Like scripted, not reality. You know I love Nicole. Am not sure however if she can act. A cameo is one thing. Holding the entire show together is another. But the clothes will be amazingness.

Taking a page from Broadway and George Lucas, Scholastic Inc., the children’s book publisher, is trying for a revival — with a prequel attached.

In April the company plans to reissue repackaged and slightly revised versions of the first two volumes in one of its most successful series, “The Baby-Sitters Club,” in the hopes of igniting enthusiasm in a new generation of readers. And just as Mr. Lucas brought “Star Wars” back with a whole new arc of stories that began before the original series, Scholastic is publishing a newly written prequel, “The Summer Before,” by Ann M. Martin, the original author of “The Baby-Sitters Club” books.

The move follows Scholastic’s 2008 resuscitation of “Goosebumps,” another of its most popular series. For now Scholastic and Ms. Martin only have plans for the one prequel, although the publisher will release three more reissues of the original series later next year.

There has been heated debate over the rumour that After School ex-member Yoo SoYoung is the girlfriend of broadcast personality Boom who is currently serving his military service.

Boom made a surprise appearance on SBS Entertainment Awards on 30th December where he was awarded the newcomer award for the variety category. He said during the award ceremony after HyunYeong asked him to send his regards to her, “Our So-Bba-Bba”.

And netizens had inferred from Boom’s nickname for his girlfriend that she is After School ex-member SoYoung. Already previously, there was already much interests for Boom’s girlfriend when he revealed that he does have a girlfriend on SBS Strong Heart, even though he did not reveal who she is.

 

Netizens also took hints when Boom revealed SoYoung as his ideal type on ‘Ideal type Worldcup’ program show.

Before he report for his military duties, Boom said, “I went down on my knees to ask my girlfriend to wait for me.” And after he entered the army, he also said, “I’ve received 17 letters from my girlfriends at camp.”

Boom’s management clarified, “We also know through broadcast show that Boom has a girlfriend. We don’t know his personal issues well.”

KARA Nicole tears thinking about the hardship she had gone through all this while.

Nicole talked about how hard initially when she came to live in Korea on ‘Mnet Nicole The Entertainer’s Introduction to Veterinary’ recently.

Nicole said, “I was born in the States and was brought up there, when I first came to Korea the difference in lifestyle was so great and I also could not contact my friends.”

She continued, “I went up to the homepage of my friends from the States and they all seemed so happy in their photos, and it was hard because I felt so alone.”

She added, “Later I made many good friends in Korea. But in the beginning, there was no one other than my family who would share my happiness and sadness, and I felt so lonely.”

Meanwhile, Nicole was featured preparing for the various year-end shows for the episode.

It will air on 31st December.

Apparently, Jersey Shore star Nicole Polizzi (a.k.a. "Snooki") isn't worried about those negative stereotypes.

When Steppin' Out magazine asked her what she would say to all the companies -- including Domino's and Dell -- who have pulled advertising from the controversial MTV reality show about Italian-American 20-something "guidos," she had a simple reply.

"I just have one thing to say to Domino's, Dell, UNICO and all the other haters out there," she yelled. "Fuck you! If you don't want to watch, don't watch. Just shut the hell up! I'm serious... Fuck you!"

UNICO, the Italian-American organization that first claimed the show perpetuates negative stereotypes, has no plans to stop pressuring sponsors to boycott the series.

"She is not an embarrassment to Italian Americans -- she is actually an embarrassment to the entire human race!!!!" UNICO said in a statement.

Italian-American civic groups and advertisers aren't the only ones bashing MTV's series. Even the New Jersey beach town that is home to the series said this week that it doesn't "solicit" or "promote" the filming of Jersey Shore.
